End User License Agreement & Terms of Service
Please read this End User License Agreement and Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using ChonkBlocker (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement, Licensor grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the Game on devices that you own or control, and as permitted by the applicable app store's terms and usage rules. This license is for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
2. Restrictions
You may not, except as permitted by applicable law or this Agreement:
- copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or attempt to derive its source code;
- modify, tamper with, or create derivative works of the Game;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, anti-cheat, or licensing features;
- use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in online play;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices.
3. Online Play, Accounts & Purchases
Single-player and local play do not require an account. A ChonkBase account (which may be created using Sign in with Apple) is required only for online multiplayer and related social features. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the Game. Purchases are processed by the app store you bought through and are subject to that store's refund and billing policies. The Game does not sell virtual currency, loot boxes, or randomized rewards.
4. Community Standards & User Content
Online features let you choose a display name and interact with other players. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to create, upload, or transmit content — including display names or other text — that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other players.
The Game provides tools to report and block other players and applies an automated filter to player names. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, filter names, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content and abusive users promptly.
5. Privacy
We collect only what is needed to run accounts, online play, safety, and support, including account, gameplay, replay, social, moderation, entitlement, and technical/security data. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content, trademarks, and assets are owned by ChonkBase and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited license above. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will ChonkBase be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to online features for violations of the Community Standards.
10. Apple App Store — Additional Terms
For copies licensed through the Apple App Store: this Agreement is between you and ChonkBase only, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support; in the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any), and to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation; ChonkBase (not Apple) is responsible for product-liability, legal/regulatory, and third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the Game; you represent you are not in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a prohibited-parties list; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce it against you.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ChonkBase is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
